Background
Haseeb spent more than eight years in recruitment and HR before founding VeloApply, including work as a talent acquisition partner where the day job was screening candidates and moving them through hiring pipelines. That gave him the employer side of the process: how applications are actually read, what gets filtered, and how much of a hiring decision is made before anyone speaks to you.
The other half of the experience came from working directly with job seekers on resumes, applications and interview preparation. Doing that work by hand, one client at a time, is what surfaced the problem VeloApply solves. The valuable part was the judgment about what to emphasise for a given role. The exhausting part was retyping the same work history into the same handful of application systems.
How he approaches the writing on this site
Three rules shape the articles here. Claims that cannot be verified do not get published, so you will not find invented statistics or made-up studies. Where published figures vary by methodology, the range and the reason are given instead of a single confident number. And where a competitor does something better, the article says so, because a comparison that only flatters one product is not useful to the person reading it.
The same applies to the product. Articles here say plainly that VeloApply does not submit applications for you, even though claiming otherwise would be easier marketing.
Education and credentials
Haseeb holds an MBA from the National University of Sciences and Technology and a BBA from Ghazi University. Alongside VeloApply he has worked as a freelance recruitment and job search specialist, holding top-tier seller status on the platforms where that work was delivered.
