At VeloApply we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our refunds, cancellations, and how to request them. It applies to all paid subscriptions purchased on veloapply.com.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid VeloApply subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase or renewal date. No complicated conditions — if the product isn't right for you, we'll refund your payment for that billing period.
2. What Can Be Refunded
- Annual subscriptions (Basic — $99/year, Premium — $149/year, Ultimate — $999/year): fully refundable within 30 days of the charge.
- Renewals: if an automatic renewal charges you and you did not intend to renew, contact us within 30 days of the renewal for a full refund.
- Free plan: the free plan (5 applications) involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined where there is clear evidence of fraud, payment abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service (for example, using the service to submit fraudulent applications). Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
4. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops all future renewals and billing — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Email [email protected] with the email address on your account and we'll cancel future billing for you, or
- Manage or cancel the subscription from your buyer account with our payment provider (see Section 6).
5. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple:
- Email [email protected] from the email address used at purchase, with the word "Refund" in the subject and your order number if you have it; or
- Use our Contact page; or
- Request the refund directly from your buyer account with our payment provider.
We aim to acknowledge every refund request within 1 business day and to approve eligible requests promptly.
6. Payment Processing & Timing
Payments and refunds are securely handled by our authorized payment provider, who acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. We do not store your full card details. Once a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method. Typical processing times are:
- Credit / debit card and PayPal: usually within 1–5 business days after approval;
- Bank / wire transfer: up to 7 business days;
- Other methods: 5–7 business days.
The exact time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
7. Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed on our Pricing page and are billed in advance for the period shown (annual). Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout by our payment provider.
