By accessing or using VeloApply, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The Service
VeloApply is a tool that uses AI to help you find jobs, score your fit, and generate tailored resumes and cover letters. You then review and submit applications on the employer's website.
2. What VeloApply Does and Doesn't Do
- We help you prepare applications quickly and apply with fewer clicks.
- We do not guarantee a job, an interview, or any specific outcome.
- AI-generated resumes and cover letters are drafts, you are responsible for reviewing them for accuracy before submitting.
- You are responsible for the truthfulness of the information in your applications.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use VeloApply. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use VeloApply for spam, fraud, or to submit false information to employers.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Do not use the service for anything illegal.
5. Plans, Payments & Refunds
VeloApply offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance through our authorized payment provider, who acts as Merchant of Record for your purchase. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing. All paid plans are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee, see our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
6. Intellectual Property
The VeloApply brand, design, and software belong to us. The applications and content generated for you are yours to use in your job search.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeloApply is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, lost opportunities, or job outcomes arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using and delete your account at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll update the date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.

11. Your Content and Your Profile
You keep ownership of everything you put into VeloApply, including your resume, your work history and the answers you save. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you, which means storing that information, sending the relevant parts to our AI provider to generate a draft when you ask for one, and returning the result to you. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to advertise to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. The service drafts from your profile, so an inaccurate profile produces inaccurate drafts, and the application still goes out under your name.
12. AI-Generated Drafts
Everything the AI produces is a draft for you to review. It is not advice, and it is not a guarantee of accuracy. You are responsible for reading and correcting every drafted answer before you submit an application, including answers to eligibility, work authorization, demographic and background questions. VeloApply does not submit applications on your behalf and does not automatically send anything to an employer.
We do not guarantee interviews, offers or any hiring outcome. No tool can, and anyone promising otherwise is overselling.
13. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages and third-party changes can interrupt it. Applicant tracking systems change their forms without notice, so autofill coverage on any given site can change, and we fix these as we find them.
We may add, change or remove features. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell affected users.
14. Third-Party Services
VeloApply relies on third parties to work, including our payment provider, authentication, hosting, our AI provider and job data sources. Job listings shown in the product come from external feeds, and we do not control their accuracy, availability or whether a role is still open. Applying happens on the employer's own site under their terms, not ours.
15. Governing Terms and Disputes
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. If you have a problem, contact us first at [email protected], since nearly everything is resolved faster that way than through a formal process.
Frequently asked questions
Does VeloApply submit applications for me?
No. It fills forms and drafts answers, and you review and press submit yourself. This is a deliberate design choice, not a limitation.
Who owns the resume and answers I upload?
You do. We store them to operate the service for you and we do not sell them. You can request deletion at any time.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account and stored data can be deleted on request. The privacy policy sets out what is held, where it is stored and how to ask for removal.
Can I get a refund?
Refund eligibility and the applicable window are set out in the refund policy. Contact us from the email on the account and we will look at it.
