- For photographs, JPG at 70 to 80 percent quality is usually the best trade. For screenshots and images with text or sharp edges, PNG holds up better.
- If the form states a limit in KB rather than MB, aim comfortably under it, since some systems count the encoded size which runs slightly larger.
